This is a great version of a supplement that if it works for your migraines - well, you Rely on it! I see where other reviewers are upset that the tablets themselves are not 400mg each - but looking at the studies and recommendations most often two 200mg doses are what is advised. Also many patients needed between 2 and 4 months to reach full effects in reducing number of migraines and symptoms, so please give yourself the full 4 months to see results. This form is tasteless and easy to swallow and I even like the packaging. My previous brand has been having "oxidation" issues and will not have a new lot until July - so I will update if this new brand does not keep my headaches away as well as the previous one. ... show more

Price per day is less than in other brands, there is less packaging to dispose of - although I am not certain those pouches are recyclable, but they do stay fresher longer. these are not chewables, they are a gel capsule, but that's what I'd expected. Good value, packaging & they seem fine.

I like these vitamins. I don’t burp them up or feel stomach upset when I take them. I have only taken 1 a day but I am sure 2 a day would be just fine with my body. Would buy again!

I've purchased these several times since my doctor recommended riboflavin for migraines. I've taken them for about 6 months and I think they are helping to prevent migraines (or it's the placebo effect--either way, I have fewer migraines, so I'm happy). Each tablet is 200 mg, so a package of 180 tablets lasts 90 days. They are smaller and easier to swallow than the 400 mg pills out there, but they ARE slightly bigger than the picture on the package. And every time I buy these, the price goes up! The price makes me wonder if I should switch back to the 400 mg pills, but I really do like the size of these. ... show more
