This is a great version of a supplement that if it works for your migraines - well, you Rely on it! I see where other reviewers are upset that the tablets themselves are not 400mg each - but looking at the studies and recommendations most often two 200mg doses are what is advised. Also many patients needed between 2 and 4 months to reach full effects in reducing number of migraines and symptoms, so please give yourself the full 4 months to see results. This form is tasteless and easy to swallow and I even like the packaging. My previous brand has been having "oxidation" issues and will not have a new lot until July - so I will update if this new brand does not keep my headaches away as well as the previous one. ... show more
