These seem like a solid NMN/Nad+ supplement that, unlike some competitive products, are free from potentially unhealthfully large doses of cheap vitamins (such as D3) that are often added for marketing purposes. The label asserts that this product is 3rd party lab tested to verify its dose and purity, but gives no specific information about the purported lab or its testing. Contrary to statements by other reviewers, the product does NOT claim that its ingredient, NMN, is manufactured in the US. On the contrary, the label has a misleading American flag with unreadably fine print requiring a magnifying glass to decipher. What the fine print states is "made in USA *with ***GLOBALLY*** SOURCED INGREDIENTS". So the *ingredients*, NMN are made abroad, possibly in China. The labeling is that the bottle and/or gelatin capsules are being filled in the USA, but the supplements are likely produced abroad. While selling NMN made abroad is not necessarily a problem in itself, the printing of the American flag and nearly unreadable and arguably misleading small print, suggests to use this with an abundance of caution.

I gave this NMN supplement a fair try — finished one full bottle. The capsules are easy to swallow and the ingredients seem clean, which I appreciate. Packaging was solid and arrived well-sealed. That said, I honestly didn’t feel a big difference in energy or focus, even after consistent use. Maybe the 200mg dosage is on the lower side for noticeable effects, or it just takes longer to build up. Some reviewers mentioned better results when combining it with resveratrol, so that might be something to consider. Overall, it’s not bad, but also not as effective as I hoped based on the hype. Good quality product, but for the price, I might explore stronger or more bioavailable NMN options next time.

NAD supplements are all the rage, and nicotinamide mononucleotide is a precursor to the biosynthesis of NAD+ in the body. Since the natural depletion of this coenzyme is linked to the detrimental effects of aging, I figured why not try to revive my youth in a bottle 🙂 I can't say I've really felt much of anything from taking this supplement, but if its working its magic behind the scenes, I certainly don't mind. I've tried a few different products from the Micro Ingredients brand, and they seem to be legit.

I've ordered several supplements from Micro Ingredients in the past and had mostly positive experiences, and after having taken this NMN supplement of theirs for a week, I'm happy to report that I didn't run into any issues. It does seem to boost my energy as expected, and it feels clean and doesn't interfere with the other supplements in my stack. I'm glad to see that the potency issues I encountered with their magnesium glycinate don't seem to extend to their other products. Each size 1 capsule weighs about 500 mg on my scale. I'm not sure why the 200 mg of NMN in a serving is spread out across 2 capsules when it could all fit in one capsule, but I actually don't mind since I'm taking some of my other supplements spaced out throughout the day anyway. I'll also point out that the capsule itself is made of hypromellose and the main filler is rice flour, so the product as a whole can claim to be vegetarian. It also claims to be free of the usual objectionable ingredients and to have been manufactured in a GMP-certified US-based facility, which are all nice-to-haves. Pricing as of the date of review in late November 2025 is somewhat higher than some competitors, but still within range of what I consider reasonable. Depending on your preferences, you may want to look into an NMN supplement that includes helpful non-NMN ingredients as well. Otherwise, this seems like a worthy NMN-only supplement from an established brand.

NMN is a pretty simple one ingredient NAD supplement and this offers a pretty typical dose in this supplement at a good price. Micro Ingredients is GMP certified and does multiple quality tests on these, so the quality control is decent, though I do prefer to also see NSF certification, I've had pretty good experiences with Micro Ingredients supplements in the past and they're usually at a nice budget price point. I had no problems with this NMN and didn't feel like I was losing anything switching from other NAD supplements, so I'd say it's a pretty good value at $20 for 60 servings at the time of review and I would recommend it.
