It does not taste. The size is great for the value. No negative affect on my stomach. Easy for me to mix with my morning protein shake so easy to take. Not sure on the strength or effectiveness yet. I’m still on week 1. So I will have to come back and update you if I notice a difference in my pms symptoms.
