This my current go to CPU and MOBO combo for this generation highly recommend. Works great. BIOS update super easy with qflash. 192gb of Corsair Vengeance RAM 5200mt with xmp enabled all working without issues. Used 4 sticks, it trained in 5 minutes.

After a lot of research I chose the 9950x and gigabyte x870e aorus elite wifi7. This board never had a stable post, even with minimal hardware. Got the dreaded 4d code which I seem fixed by disabling memory context restore and power down enable and fast boot in bios. Then it shifted to 08, 00, and 15 codes. Lastly hanging on 00 without posting. These are known defects and I wasnt lucky enough and got a defect board. Im now waiting for msi mag x870e tomahawk wifi7. My suggestions: do a bench test outside the case. Start with updating to latest non beta bios with q flash plus, you only need motherboard with pcu hooked up to mb and both cpu plugs. No ram, cpu, gpu, etc. Once that is complete, add cpu, cpu cooler or fan, 1 stick ram in A2, and gpu and try to post into bios. No ssd needed. If that works and is stable. Build the rest outside the case, add ssd and os and dont connect wifi or ethernet. Then add all the correct drivers from gigabyte motherboard support page. Then the gpu drivers. Then turn on wifi and then do some testing with cinebench, cpu-z, glu-z and others. Make sure its stable before adding to case, its so much easier.

Fantastic. Personally didn’t need any bios updates put in my nvme and booted right up great bundle didn’t realize the mobo is wireless and Bluetooth so that’s a bonus and the CPU is great good thermals and performance

Motherboard keeps throwing a code and would not post. To get windows to load and post i have to turn off the power supply every time I turn the pc on. After research its a knows issue with this particular Motherboard
