Good quality soil in my bags
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I didn't see any appreciable sticks or anything in the multiple bags I purchased. No mold either as some reviewers report. I filled in some low spots in my yard as I have balance issues walking and am a fall risk. This really evened things out nicely. I used some Scott's EZ seed to plant over it and it turned out just fine. ... show more

High quality top soil
I have 3 properties with poor lawns due to VA red clay soil. I have now applied 5 bags with 40 lb each to enrich the soil. The lawns are now the envy of the neighborhood!

I've ordered this product twice
I've ordered this product twice in the last couple of weeks. First bag was fresh and great quality. Second bag was topped with mold.

Not enough stars
Can’t wait for summer to see if it produces in full bloom! Everything I’ve planted has sprouted early and doing well so far.

Definitely needs to be burped. Don't leave it in it's original packaging. There was a lot of mold. I missed it with another soil and let it sit seeing to work great.

Delivery
Good soul but delivery not acceptable. 40 lbs is very heavy and wasn’t delivered to door. Left in lobby
