Great bands and glad I found them. I love how these don't roll, they stay in place and nice wide bands. I struggled with a set I purchased from Target and wished I had found these before I wasted my money. I also purchased another set as a gift.

i love these. i use them for stretches and at home workouts, you could take them to the gym at all, you could use these for a lot of things. they hold up well, so pretty durable and i love the fun colors. each color is a different difficulty. comes with a warranty card.

I like that the bands are sturdy and they come in different resistance levels. However, they are not adjustable and it limits the range of motion you can use for exercise because the loops are a bit large.

As a fitness professional, I have gone through many elastic bands. And it is always dissapointing having one break on a client during a session, but I don't foresee that happening anymore now that I have these bands. They look really promising.
