When I first bought it I was happy with the way it cleaned our tiled shower. Used it twice to do so. Today, when I wanted to use it again, I tried to charge the battery before use. It will not charge and is 100% dead. Even the display wouldn't come on when it was on the charger. After trying to charge it for 4 hours I removed it from the charger and it was still completely dead. Tried to find info about the company online so I could try to get it replaced under warrany. Could not find any info on the company. Do not recommend this product. Used it twice and it's now just a brick. ... show more

I am glad I bought this product. It is powerful, so I am glad there are two speeds. The variety of heads are nice. I have not written a review because I just started using it couple weeks ago. I purchased the item for a certain task and am only now getting around to doing it. I did not pay attention after I opened the box upon receiving the tool. I just dug in to the instructions, looked ant the cleaning heads, and chose the couple heads that I needed to use. I didn't figure out until this week until I needed it that the long wand/handle attachment is missing. If I could contact the seller, I would. So I do recommend the tool for its quality. That would be a 4-5 star. Just be smart and check to make sure all the parts are included. This should not be a need, but it is for this purchase.
