This is definitely a solid r c truck. It's all-wheel drive, it's fast,it's rugged. We did lose a screw during some rough driving. Contacted the company about parts availability. And they were quick to respond and got me the correct screws I needed And how to purchase them. The manual has all the parts numbers. It made it really easy to find out what I needed because of the diagrams.. All in all extremely happy. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who wants to start off with A RC car for beginners.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter, she sees me play with my rustler vxl and wanted a rc car ever since. She picked this one out of the other 5 trucks we were looking at and I'll tell you what kids got an eye. She has went full throttle (remote at 100%) into street curbs, our brick house, smashed into a tree not once, not twice, not three times, more then 6 and this thing KEEPS GOING. After she kills the two battery's it comes with I check all the screws and some become loose but nothing catastrophic. I wish this truck was around when I was a kid. Seriously though this truck takes a beating and laughs it off. Still in disbelief that it runs and drives with no issues. Easy to use, battery life is not bad at all, durability is 5+ stars. Best part is my daughter always has fun. Worth every penny.

I have a couple RedCat trucks and a Traxxas car. This truck is not a fast as the high end cars I have, and it shouldn't be expected to be. The batteries last as long as my eRevo's NIMH battery, and the truck holds its own with them. I'd say this truck does around 25mph, which is plenty fast to have fun with. I slammed head on at full speed with my Traxxas (my kids was driving it), and while the Traxxas busted a front a-arm, this truck escaped without a scratch. It will do a wheelie on occasion, and without a wheelie bar, it just flips all the way onto it's top. This can easily be avoided with the most basic driving skills.. We like to bash our cars, and this one handles the abuse well. It lands surprisingly level off of an 8" ramp (made from a board tilted up on a car ramp. It does donuts as fast and easy as pulling the controllers trigger. The headlight on/off switch is on the radio controller, which is not a feature on cars I paid up to 5x as much for. The body clip holes are a little small, and my bulk clips are a tight fit (not easy to get in). But they do fit. It's a blast to drive. Parts may not be available, but I still cringe way less when I wreck this one than when I wreck one of the ones I have $500 invested in.

This truck is Fast. Good feel to it. Batteries are easy to instal. Takes about 2-2 1/2 hours to fully charge. Controller is a good fit in your hand. Head light is a nice addition to the truck. ( I had it out at 9:30 PM in the yard ) the only con is the pins that hold the truck body onto the chassis. The holes are tiny plus the position of the holes make it hard to find the hole. So I enlarged the holes . All in all this is a great RC for the price.
