Haven't got to ride nearly as much as i'd have liked to. Only around 4k miles on these tires but they seem to be wearing great. Very even. They ride and handle wonderfully. Possibly the best tires I've ever put on any bike I've ever owned. Current bike is a 2010 Goldwing. Unless some drastic fail in the future, I will buy these again. ... show more

    • but I checked my specs and they work and look great to me
i used the me880s before and now the 888s. i went one size wider from stock on my bike and now the front end of my bike looks beefier. and that was the look i was going for, barely any room left between the tire and the fender but due to the construction the tire did not expand to touch the fender. cheaper tires would do balloon up and rub against the fender, not these! went from stock 120/70R 18 to the 130/70R 18, wider and taller. check your model to see if your bike is able to use a bigger size. I am not recommending that anyone do this, but I checked my specs and they work and look great to me. ... show more

    • hey, it's a Metzler
wish it was a little stickier or they still made the 880, but Metzler's are a solid quality tire. Make sure you scrub these in carefully as they tend to be very slippery/slick from the manufacturer.
