Energy and relaxed breathing

I was told about MB from a family member and decided to try it out. This brand was highly rated, and quality seemed to be verified, so ordered a bottle to test out. Product arrived on time but was at night and didn't want to start off at night with the reviews I have read. The next morning, I started off with 3 drops, which is 1.5mg, as a test. The product mixed easily with water. I would never suggest not mixing and putting directly in mouth as it is dye. I noticed no taste or smell maybe because of the low dose. No taste or smell of alcohol. Bottle size was as expected with an expiration date of 6/27 so should last me awhile unless I began to increase dosage. Had a buzzing feeling for the remainder of the day. Another thing I noticed was it *seemed* to me my breathing seemed to have slowed, or maybe a better way to describe was that I didn't seem to have to breath as deep and as often to get the oxygen required. Just seemed to be a much more relaxed breathing rhythm. Also seemed to be much more relaxed driving in congested traffic and a general better feeling during the day. And this was the first day using it! Product seems to work well and do plan to try the on 5/off 2 dosage cycle. I have really not noticed a color change in urine, maybe a slight greenish tint? but probably because of the lower dosage used.

After researching its potential benefits for cognitive support and energy, I decided to give it a try, starting with a low dose of 3 drops daily. The results have been fantastic—improved focus and a subtle boost in energy without any jitters. The blue urine was a bit surprising at first, but it’s harmless and expected, as noted in the product details. The dropper with etched volume markings makes dosing super easy and precise. I noticed some reviews mentioning concerns about arsenic levels, but I think people are misunderstanding the science here. Helps with my Mitochondrial Dysfunction

I am an older adult with an acquired rare mitochondrial dysfunction that causes mitochondrial depletion in my muscle cells. Methylene blue (MB) can act as an electron carrier, bypassing damaged or dysfunctional parts of the electron transport chain, ensuring continued ATP production. For me this results in more energy. If you choose to try MB, my recommendation is to start low, as in one drop or 500 mcg (.5 mg) per day and titrate up to your desired dose. I dose twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and in the early afternoon. I never put the concentrated MB in my mouth, instead I place the drops I need in a glass of water, swirl it up good, and drink it down, generally on an empty stomach. MB does not taste great but diluting it water or something like grape juice make it tolerable. I have measured the drops with a sensitive scale and found that the average straight vertical drop yields about .3 mg (300 mcg) and a more horizontal drop yields about .5 mg (500mcg). Obviously there are variables in the way people use their droppers. Obviously you want to be careful and not get any MB on anything that can be permanently stained. I mixed it up in a glass or stainless container. I choose this brand for the quality and the fact that they have 3rd party testing. Why do I choose liquid over buccal troches, such as those sold by media personalities and media doctors? It's simple, although sublingual (buccal troche) offers faster absorption, they have to be held in one place between the cheek and gums for 25 min or so, and if you move them in the slightest you get blue teeth, gums, etc... Once you learn the strength dosing, for me, the liquid provides more accurate dosing, especially in small amounts.
