All the other reviews about the the damage is true. 2 out of 3 soap dispensers had dents in them. One of them had broken pusher valve probably due to a serious jolt sometime during shipping and had leaked during shipping. Method ships these in inadequate boxes that allows the dispensers to bounce around and damage each other. Until Method changes their packaging this will continue to happen. I will keep this shipment becaue I can simply refill the one that is undamaged. ... show more

Love the product, however the box arrived in perfect shaped and received all dented containers very disappointed, especially for the cost. We use these in Airbnb and it definitely does not show well with all the dents .were given dented products.

What a mess. I was SOO excited to receive this soap in the recyclable aluminum containers. Until I wasn’t. Each were destroyed by what I can assume was an earthquake or some sort of explosion. How else would this box of disappointment end up in my house? The interior box (pictured) had leaked into the main box with my other (not leaky) items. When I went to see what was salvageable, I unhappily discovered that none of the tops were attached to their pump straws. When I tried to fix the issue by opening the container itself, I sliced my finger. It wasn’t pretty. My wife did freak out a bit at the blood. The picture of my ouchie is several days later, and it’s still not shut completely. And, by the way, I am a very fast healer of boo-boos. Anyway, I’ve asked for a replacement, fingers crossed (not the hurt one) that I’ll obtain stellar results. I will let you know. *Update Update* Received my replacements and, well, two out of three were dented. Hard to be cool when your soap acts the fool. I’ll keep the replacements, but I’ll hide them and take them out when family comes to visit. :) ... show more
