I got these very inexpensive boots for a photo shoot. I am 5'11" tall and they come up over my knee. So I think they'd fit a shorter woman as thigh highs. They are loose on my knees. I'm going to use a binder clip in the photo shoot so they look ok. There's no way I could walk around in these shoes. I'm almost 60 and they are high! I bought these boots for my Valentine’s Day dinner outfit and they were perfect!. I have never been a fan of knee high boots but I love these! I paired them with a high waisted pink wool skirt and a black turtleneck. I love the material and the chunky heel. Literally the size. Ordered size 6. No room for socks. I wore this boots tonight for the first time. But no room for socks. I wore them with tights. Hopefully they loosen up so maybe next time I can wear socks. Tight on the thighs. Pretty red color. Able to walk for a minute comfortably. H 5”1”, right on knee. I liked the look a lot but they were too small and short. My foot was getting squished hard and I’m a normal width 6.5-7 US size. I’m 5’5 and 125lbs. They reached the middle of my kneecap instead of going over the knee. Definitely size up at least a half size, or a whole size if you have a wider foot. I ordered another pair almost identical at the same time, same size. They worked a lot better for me. I had to return these after trying them on. Still super pretty though! ... show more
