I read many reviews for this one and similar models. I received the item in two days, and able to install in less than 30 minutes. Most of that installation was reading operating instructions and checking everything was in place. When I opened the box, it looked like the vendor shipped me a returned item, as the screen protector was all bubbled up. But no scratches on the screen. Had little difficulty connecting bluetooth, and I am only able to connect one device, period. I could not register multiple devices and choose connections from a list of devices. I am.partucularly bothered by the loud starting sound. It is extremely loud. Tried many ways to lower the volume, but had no luck. I hope they update the software so I can modify starting sound. Connected Android Auto. Worked just like any other pre-installed android auto models in latest cars. Screen is wide enough to display two apps (map + music) in a single setting ot I can choose to display an app for whole screen. Have not tired bluetooth calling yet. I won't recommend built in speakers for listening to music. Did not connect via FM transmitter like many reviewers stated. Using auxiliary cable was best option, still able to use manufacturer's audio device. I really hope manufacturer reach out to me for options to lower starting sound(music). Good price for installing Android Auto (Apple Carplay) without messing with existing audio or infotainment system.

Overall the product functions the same as any built-in carplay system. Nice, large screen that connects wirelessly and instantly once the unit turns on. The post-sale customer service is also great. I had an issue with my unit and after some diagnosing, the team sent me a new replacement unit. Overall, quite satisfied with the product and will look to purchase again in the future.

Worked great until it completely stopped working. It was good for a year but this should last much longer than one year. So disappointing and a waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this for the price. It connects automatically takes maybe 30 seconds but there is a chime that is obnoxiously loud that plays every time it’s turned on. Also the cord included doesn’t allow you to charge your phone while the screen is plugged up(my car has 1 lighter port). It does take a type c cord so I’ll try that with a car charger that has 2 ports on it. I don’t mind that I have to do that, I’m just mindful of my phone battery. There are other things that could be better such as the static faintly heard when listening via aux. My MAIN issue is that it doesn’t stick to my dash anymore. The sticky part apparently is less sticky in the heat which is dumb because of course the dashboard will become hot when I park in the sun. Anyway, I still use it but trying to find an alternative way to keep it up on the dash in a convenient way. Less than 60 days and it sits in the cup holder which isn’t what I needed.

I bought this for my daughter to use in her 2000 Jeep, which has no Bluetooth and no AUX port. Just the basic original stereo.. She was able to successfully link her iPhone to the unit and use the FM transmitter for the output. She was so excited to be able to use her GPS, calls and streaming music in her Jeep speakers. The Jeep pooped out on her so we moved the unit over to another car with Bluetooth but no GPS or touchscreen. There isn't as much space between the windshield and dash in this car so the unit blocked visibility on the dash. We removed the screws to take the mount off and got a different mount that sits right in front of the display on the car's stereo. It works perfectly. She used it to drive back to college after Christmas and said she had no issues with it disconnecting.

I bought this for my wife's 2005 Honda Odyssey. Easily connected her Samsung S21 and used the FM transmitter for the output. The sound quality is very impressive (compared to other FM transmitters we've tried). The display is super bright and very clear. The unit itself is well built and very solid - great quality device. This device was our answer to add GPS, audio streaming, and hands-free calling to her car. My wife LOVES this device and I love that she loves it. I had a questions regarding the mounting options and customer support has been super responsive. I highly recommend this device.
