I thought I’d leave a review for a seller and product that is simply fantastic. I’m in the process of renovating my garage and needed wall cabinets for my tools. I initially placed an order for 5 units from FangYi Furniture. All items arrived and were installed. I had an issue with the struts in one unit which after couple of correspondents, the seller quickly sent out replacement parts. I was amazed by the level of responsiveness and their customer service. I needed a sixth unit to complete my project and since I was in a pinch I ordered an exact cabinet from another seller (GangMei). Here, everything went south. First, the unit arrived damaged and I had to refuse delivery by UPS. The unit was sent back to the Amazon (confirmed by UPS tracking), but to the time of this review, Amazon has not refunded the order (after three weeks). I placed another order from GangMei, but it got delayed in transit and after contacting Amazon, I had to cancel the order. I went back to the first seller and order my unit from them. To my surprise, order got shipped quickly and arrived on time. In summary, I highly recommend the seller and their service (quick shipment, responsiveness). Cabinet is great for the money. Sturdy, easy-ish to assemble, hydraulic hinges too stiff and closes violently. The hydraulic arms are so stiff I feel like the shelf will pull out of the wall before the door will close! Once I get door about half closed it will slam shut with loud bang. I tried to find way to contact customer service but was unable to find any seller contact info on Amazon. I didn't find any way of adjusting the tension on the hydraulic lift arms. If the shocks weren't so awful I'd really like the design. ... show more

Assembly was rough, a bent section, and the vague picture instructions made it difficult. But hubby got it done and it is a lovely and sturdy cabinet. The mice won't get in this!

Do not waste your money. Assembly went fine until it came to the drawer. The front of the drawer is the same with as the inner panel hat it mounts to. No way to make the two work. Frustrating. When the seller was contacted they asked for photos. Go and pull one from stock and look at the two panels, not rocket science. Where is quality control? I ended up cutting and re-working the damn thing to make it work. It is in the garage so looks are not important. ... show more
