Very sturdy. I used a rachet and wrench to set up as the tools they send with it are Sauder type tools that dont work. Delivery was on time but it was left at the bottom of my porch stairs. I'm not young but was able to drag it in the house and assemble it by myself. I'll admit it would have been a lot easier to do both with help, but someone younger and stronger probably wouldn't have a problem. The cover fit perfectly and was very easy to put on since it only covers the top and sides. It hasn't been used yet because it's in the guest bedroom but it appears sturdy. It's not too heavy and I was able to get it on a bed frame by myself. After 2 months one of the pieces for the outline broke, so much of a box spring. Update: talked to the company that sold and was supposed to get a replacement part to fix the break. After a month of not hearing a thing about if the part has shipped or when I’m gonna get it I’ve given up all hope and will purchase a new box spring. Got this because my bed frame couldn’t support my mattress. It was a bit difficult setting up because it looked like the package was dropped and the frame was damaged (bent) which made it hard to assemble that area. On top of that the first 2 weeks of use, it did its job of supporting my mattress until the 3rd week, every small movement the box spring made so much noise.
