Assembled this double full size over full size bunk with my sister and it was easy, sturdy and great value for the money. You will need at least two people and at one point, our dad jumped in to help. The bottom bed is low enough for our little dachshund to get on without help—a major plus. The top bunk is sturdy and stable. Both top and bottom bunk fit mattresses easily. Nephew seems to enjoy it. He’s 18 and 6 ft tall and fits on the top bunk no problem. It’s much lower to the ceiling than a normal bunk because the bottom bunk is low to the ground, making it much more comfortable for everyone involved. You can actually sit up on both beds. Only had a few days. Seems very sturdy. Took a while to put together. Theres is a an instruction video if you scroll through product info at top I wish I would’ve found sooner. Had a few problems but contacted the seller & they have extremely great customer service. They got back to me very quickly & were happy to fix the issue immediately. A 1 Customer Service. Took my husband a while to build, but it’s sturdy once complete. Make sure you buy a thin mattress for the top as the bars only go up 10 inches… this seems very low when you see it with the mattress put into the bed. I wish the barriers went up to about 14-16 inches instead because it would feel safer for small kids. ... show more

The bed is nice, but the customer service is why it’s 5 stars. We got the bed and I was putting it together and one piece wasn’t threaded so I couldn’t actually put the bed together. I message the customer service and they got me out the piece within a few days. I was pretty impressed with that. I suggest getting a 6 inch mattress for the top, nothing higher, because the bars are low and anything higher will result in someone rolling out of the bed if they’re like my son. ... show more
