It fit well and it is pretty sturdy but I wish there were a cross member across the bottom to keep the unit from bending and it would make the installation easier. We'll see how it holds up I just installed it on 3/11/2024

Very easy to install, just unscrew doorbell put this on, then screw doorbell. Before this, I had a problem with my doorbell at night. The glare of the lights on my house affected the IR lights, so I wasn’t able to see anything at night. This cover blocks the light glare from my house so my camera now works at the expected capacity. ... show more

    • Delayed response to chime and mounting issue
Even with fiber 500 mbps speed internet there’s a delay of 15-20 seconds before it chimes inside. The other issue is with the mounting bracket. I haven’t had any success in removing the doorbell to reset the camera. There should be an easier solution to fix.
