ist mistake was accepting delivery of three of the five cartons. After finding roof screws scattered in was obviously a result of a repaired open box. Company not really concerned when addressed. Instructions have many diagrams; most look like they were done by an armature draftsperson. most lack dimensions and exploded views were not very good at showing details. One big issue was the overlap distance. Installation of roof completed by experts at carport installation. The result was an incomplete roof as there were not enough panels with a normal overlap. Personally, if I did again, ha, I would pay more for a carport with better instructions and material. P.S. the roof panels are not 10 or 20 for lengths like my other two carports. There are four panels for a roof row. Good luck ... show more

Easy to assemble. Make sure to build it on a completely level surface to eliminate problems. I put most of it together by myself.

Overall good awning for the price point. Delivery went well. Packaged well. No damage or missing parts. I'm giving it only 4 stars because 1 of the 5 upright stubs on the right hand side was welded 90 degrees off so the bolt holes had to be re-drilled on the opposite side or cut off and re-welded. Quality control should have caught this. I sent a message about it and never heard from them (major reason for the 4 stars). They could have sent me a new section or at least acknowledged it. I chose to re-drill to not have delays in setting it up. Update: 5/25/25 ****Dropped to 3, thought about a 2 but considering the cost of thicker steel and what I paid for real panels, the price would have been 4k easily. I decided to buy PBR 20ft panels to match my 40x80 steel building and also make it cleaner. This carport sways like a swing in a small wind less than 10mph. I'm guessing the PBR panels are a little thicker than the tiny sheets they sent(Never unwrapped). NEEDS GUSSETS!!!! I will have to make some and bolt on. More to come. ... show more

This is the absolute worse customer service out there. I bought a 20x20 carport from them. It was delivered missing parts, damaged parts, had no instructions. Contacted them numerous times with no response.. tried to get a refund… nope.. tried to get them to replace missing and damaged parts… nope… nothing. So be very weary dealing with Royal Windsor ..they will stick it to ya ... show more
