Having the roof corrugations at right angles to the slope would be okay if the panels overlapped properly. The panels on the carport I received barely overlap at all and there was severe leakage. We taped the seams with Gorilla outdoor roofing tape and are hoping for the best. Other than that the carport seems adequate. I plan to use guy anchors at the corners because it seems shaky. If I have occasional to build another carport I will make it out of lumber and standard metal roofing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Don't buy from this company they never would contact me back. I'm short 4 pieces to the roof and the directions are wrong I have a 24" gap down the middle of the roof and if I did get all the pieces they wouldn't fit anyway. Tried 3 emails and not one responds to any of them. The product is very cheaply made. Probably China made my advice don't buy this product. This is what kind of review you will get from me when you leave me hanging. Go some where else to buy this.

The materials are really good for the price! I bought it so I could put it up at work and give us some shelter when we eat outside or have a barbecue or whatever. It took me and another guy a few hours to put it together, and it wasn't hard at all. Some people who came to the store saw how beautiful it was and actually bought one for themselves! I would personally buy one as well, and I definitely recommend it if you need an affordable outdoor tent.

My product was damaged. All of the tin roofing was bent in the corners! Over all the frame was fine. Took over 3 hours for 2 people to put the frame together just to find that the roof pieces are bent. So trying to figure out what to do now. 3 stars because of the frame
