A fun challenge as it shipped with absolutely no instructions. After a few hours u was able to successfully put it together , some of the tolerances are a little tight and there was one part in particular that had a single hole that was supposed to go all the way through the pipe but due to what I can only assume to be a manufacturing issue it only drilled through halfway meaning you physically could not bolt the piece as intended without getting a power drill and drilling it the rest of the way yourself (although this may have just been a "luck of the draw" sorta thing , your mileage may vary) That being said while the process of building it was far more complicated than I anticipated. The media could not be loaded. First of all the manufacturers messed up huge by put the holes in the wrong place me and my daughter had to measure and put our own holes in the metal. Thank goodness we have a metal toll for making holes . We had to adjust a lot for this bunk bed dual. I will show video later I’m thinking of requesting a refund now . Also just found out that I have put purchase extra tools to finish the whole set because there’s a shortage of long screws and bolds . We didn’t even finish half way through very disappointed at the outcome of this purchase and product.Now I have to go to home depot and get the rest of what I need to finish so that my sons have a proper bed to sleep in by the time school starts on Monday. Disappointed upset very unhappy. These are pictures followed by parts I had to purchase because it didn’t come with everything I spent $50 dollars on extra tools I needed to fix this issue. Now Amazon is emailing me trying to issue $20 refund for my order I think so I want a full refund. ... show more
