Well, let me start off with packaging. Very well packed with care. Extra items were included, extra seals, extra bags, bag cutter. But most of all the documentation. I have very really seen such well written,any clearly defined instruction manuals with large enough print that you could read without glasses! This company is sincere to say the most about satisfying the customer. Now for the best part. The unit is well made of stainless steel, which is no on magnetic, in other words it won't rust, like done some do. The rest of the unit is made of very durable plastic. The on/off/mode buttons light up to see better, which is a plus for people with bad eyes. Yes they are small but readable. Upon stating, the panel will light up and it's so simple to use. It's like set it or forget it. Wow,is it fast, yup I was amazed. Suction power is fast an unbeliaable. The sealor is just as fast and does a good job. I sealed several items, except liquids. When I first received my machine, I was completely turned off by the seller's requests for positive reviews. I felt like I had been played and the only reason there were so many positive reviews was because of these efforts. This was immediately amplified by the fact that my machine didn't work. However, I contacted the seller (expecting the runaround) and was shocked to be greeted by ultra professionalism and an overwhelming desire by the seller to make it right. They immediately sent a new machine at no charge, and I'm delighted to report that it works flawlessly. I can count on one hand how many times in my life I have received such amazing customer service. I will buy from this company again and recommend them to any who will listen. Don't hesitate. I have used the vacuum sealer a several times, and I am quite pleased. The unit appears to be well built and well designed. After one read of the user manual, I started using it. The sealing strip is nice and wide to ensure a proper seal. The vacuum definitely sucks all the air out of the bag which appears to be of high quality. I like that they supplied two extra gaskets for the vacuum chamber. The product comes with a nice collection of starter bags and a vacuum hose attachment. I'm hoping to check out the other food containers so I can use the provided vacuum hose and adapter. You don't often find products that offer a five year warranty. Registering for that online was easy. I will have to see if the unit stands the test of time, but for now I am very pleased with the ease of use and performance of the product. I highly recommend. Disclaimer: The vendor offers extra rolls of bags in exchange for a favorable review. Like many reviews, I had user errors. I contacted their support and had a conversation going within 10 minutes or less. They were very helpful. A video they sent gave me the answer right away. I had to put bag in, spend a second pressing it into place ( right at sensors) and voila! It’s worked every time. There’s a definite difference between normal and gentle vac and when I don’t want things too packed, I put it in a ziplock first. The little cutter is better than scissors, just fold where you want yo cut and zip it right off! Slick! Their support even took care of the 5yr warranty, something I tend to be lazy about. I just received it yesterday. But I couldn’t wait to give it a test run! Very nice looking machine, seems solidly built. Easy to operate, but of course, I need to practice a little more. I make my own dog food and it’s definitely moist. Currently, I double wrap each portion in plastic wrap. Seems the most economical. (I make a month’s worth at a time). I tried to vacuum seal his meal I had ready for the day and was a little disappointed that it sucked a lot of liquid out and into the machine. I checked out the website and found a few solutions to this. So for moist products, it will be a little trial and error I’m sure. I purchase meats and seafood when they are on sale and I’m certain my Mesliese vacuum sealer will be perfect! ... show more

This is powerful and of excellent quality!! I am very impressed with this sealer! I wanted a good vacuum sealer and read a lot of reviews and for this Mesliese product it stood out by far for the best I've owned, and with a 5 yr warranty. I really like how easy it is to use the Mesliese vacuum sealer. I shop for deals for meat, filling up my freezer. We leave the desert for the summer months, and when we come back most meat left in the freezer are freezer burned. Then I have to use it for soup or throw out. Meat is very expense these days, so it's a shame. So, this time I was determined to get a vacuum machine to preserve the meat.
