I’ve been searching for different waist binders due to recent surgery. I’ve bought spanx and other hard to put on fajas. This one is my favorite one!!!! I didn’t want to fuss with having to remove an over torso underwear every time I use the restroom-I drink a lot of water). This is definitely the easier option. The fabric is soft and it contours with your body. I am pear shaped and although it looks like a tube as others mention here, it contoured to match my body. For reference, I’m 5’4 and weigh 150 lbs. Love the stretchiness and how well it snatches the waist. Unfortunately, the boning is too visible. Additionally, the design is faulty. The boning stops about an inch shy on top and bottom. Without that support, the top and bottom kinda fold in and give you, say at the bottom, hip dips. It’s a poor design for that. Had to return. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ok I was sceptical about this. I was so wrong. I am 5'6" 170lbs, I have an hour glass figure. I wear a size 12 in most clothes so I bought the XL. Well I felt that it was to big around the waist area, so I asked my daughter to try it on. She is a little bit bigger than me, like a size 16,18. The XL fit her perfectly so I ordered a Large and it fits perfect. Not to mention it is comfortable, breathable and really does push in you stomach h in a little bit to give you a more conformed figure. I also like the way it comes down to right above your pubic bone and sits low on your hips. Easy to breathe in, soft, and comfortable. I went by the sizing chart which said I should get a 2XL but it was so big on me there was no more compression than if I was wearing a tank top. So I downsized to a Medium (my usual size in shapewear) and I could still hook it up on the tightest hook. Due to its stretchiness, the compression also wasn’t there. And it rolled up on my hips.
