The massage, the heat, the lay flat is comfortable. I got the medium and there is no extra room but my husband fits fine and he is 5'9" and weighs 180 pounds. I would give it 5 stars but there was trouble attaching the arm rests. They are loose and if bumped can fall off. Otherwise, the chair is great. Very nice leather and sturdy too. The massage feature is really good and helps you to relax. It was shipped in one box and was easy to assemble.

the leather is nice quality, which makes it slippery!! Otherwise, it was easy to put together, and my husband has moved into it. Being winter, he puts the heat on, pulls a cover over himself and is asleep in minutes. He's got terrible back issues - why we got the chair - and sleeps poorly. When he's not asleep, he's got the massage function going. Scheduled for spinal surgery in a couple of weeks and is why we wanted specifically a lift chair for that post surgical period so he could sleep, and still get up easily when needs. This was what he picked out, based on the leather for easy cleaning and its size. Now I need a bigger side table for it!! ... show more

I love this chair. The most adjustable comfortable chair I have owned. Leather is soft and warm and pliable. Some leather is stiff and unyielding but not this. Mechanism is smooth and quiet. I find this chair pretty comfortable but it's for shorter heavier people or average sized people. It's definitely not for taller wider people even know the chair says it holds up to 360lbs with dual motors. The heat and massage are nice. Nice to have the USB plug ins. It would be really nice if the pitch of the chair would stand you all the way up and if the chair seating cushion was 24" wide. The dimensions across front of the chair show 24" wide but look closer It's 24" wide from inside armrest to outside of chair. Nobody needs to know that lol! If I would of known this chair wasn't 24" wide from inside armrest I wouldn't of bought it. I like a bigger wider chair. Chair does lay flat. Heat doesn't get very hot at all, not sure it even works. I would say if your 5'10" or taller look elsewhere. Especially if your a wider, taller person like me 350lbs. ... show more

My mother has had several surgeries in 2023 and needed to be able to get up easily. This chair replaced a recliner and she could not be happier. It was so easy to put in place and easy to transport as well. She has not stopped talking about how comfortable it is! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Finally had it put together and it is very soft and comfortable according to my 91 year old mother. Customer service is slow to get back to you, but they do come through in the end.
