What can I say about this rig, I have mixed feelings about this item. Pros: love the size 8×10 huge rug Soft to the touch, color amazing I purchased emerald green Cons: when I unpacked it some of the creases from being folded still haven't straightened out after stating it would after 48hours. I suggest they send or deliver it rolled up instead of folded. (MY opinion) And it could be a little more thicker but I guess for the price its ok. This is interesting! I’m keeping it…for the money it’s a yes. It came shrink wrapped & then you open it & it’s a fluffy rug! Vibrant color & we will see on this one but yes definitely keeping it!

    • HEAVY CHEMICAL SMELL, still after 5 days: OTEK? Doubtful

I love the feel of this rug. It’s my third one in this size (my puppy still has accidents, and these are washable but after the second or third time they are thinned out). I didn’t notice this with the first 2, or the smaller sized ones I have, but this one has a VERY strong chemical smell that is not dissipating: I’ve had it laid out for 5 days; for the first 3 the smell was so strong it filled a 300 sq foot room and made me gag. For the last 2 days, when I get within 3 feet of it I can smell it. I chose this rug bc of OTEK standards, but this smell is nauseating. There is also no tag on the product that it is OTEK certified, so… Prove it? My dogs love playing and wrestling on these rugs, they are why I buy them. But I won’t let them near it while it smells like this! I keep my home as chemical free as possible, thus rug may have to go. It looks pretty, the blue is great, but the smell and chemicals are concerning ... show more

It’s decent quality for the price, though on the cheaper side, and the fuzzy material does come off easily. I’ve vacuumed it and it seems to hold up fine. It lays flat despite arriving folded, and it looks great in the room. I like that it’s low profile so the door can open without bunching up.
