I bought this so I could work through my excruciating pain as I worked around the house. It did its job. Remember it's not going to heal your back. Buy whatever your shirt size is. I'm an XL and bought a large based on the size range. Should have bought the XL. Large closes but I have to pull it real tight.

Great back support for low back pain with the 3 metal flexible strips or the 3 nylon strips. This belt provides pain relief support and is very comfortable. It is reasonably priced compared to other belts with lower ratings!

Wearing this Back brace while working 12hrs shift helped support my back and lessen the pain but the only problem is it gave me abdominal rash. It’s advisable to add absorbable pad or clothes if you sweat while working. Nonetheless, product’s of good quality but missing “soft support stay”, only got the “steel support stay” with it.

Doesn't fit properly, caused more pain than not wearing it at all. It rolled down, the boning wasn't very strong. I'm already living with excruciating pain and didn't need something to make it worse.
