We purchased this L-shaped platform bunk bed for our twin six-year-olds, and they absolutely love it! The layout is fantastic for shared rooms—it’s a brilliant space-saver, and the design feels both fun and functional. Assembly was straightforward enough with clear instructions, but I highly recommend a second adult for the process. It took us roughly six hours to build from start to finish. The railings are excellent—secure, well-placed, and gave us peace of mind that the kids wouldn’t roll off in the night. The bed feels sturdy for children, and the overall design is charming. Now, to the caveats: 🚨 The slide is fun but faster than expected! Even our six-year-olds need to use it with care. We’ve set rules about when and how it can be used, and I’d suggest parents supervise until they’ve got the hang of it. 🛏️ Changing the sheets is a bit of a feat—climbing onto the beds isn’t exactly graceful when you’re an adult (I’m 140 lbs), and the slats definitely flex under adult weight. Not dangerous, but it feels like the bed is gently reminding you that you’re not the target demographic. Overall, it’s a wonderful bed for young children, with thoughtful safety features and a playful design. If you’re willing to be a bit cautious with the slide and patient on sheet-changing day, this is a solid choice for a shared kids’ room.

My kids absolutely LOVE the slide, and since they both have a top bunk, there's no conversation about who gets top or bottom. My favorite part is that it frees up all the floor space, and now they each have they're own space under they're bunks. And if you throw up a few sheets on the sides, it creates a giant fort for them. It's perfect.

this bed is actually bigger than it looks in the picture. It literally takes up the entire room. That being said the twins absolutely love it. It was fairly easy to put together with the instructions as long as you take it step by step, definitely a 2 person job

This bed is super cool. I have a 4yr old and 7yr old and we built this bed to surprise them for the holidays. This bed has held my weight and I’m about 150lbs. The weight capacity is 250lbs. It’s strong, sturdy, and doesn’t take up too much room. Can’t wait for my kids to use this!

Very quick to deliver. Took maybe 6 days. It was everything I wanted it to be, and very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and every piece was labeled with a number. I find it easy to lay out everything in number order and go from there. Also, get a thin wooden board cut to the dimensions of the mattress to add more stability to the bottom of the mattress. Kids love it!

So i will talk about the light stuff first before we get to trauma! First off this frame is weak as can be and super wobbly. There are also no hole for the slats to go to where the mattress sits on. Hubby had to hand screw it in with no holes(no drill to pre drill holes for himself). Now on to the trauma my daughter endured from this......The slide is WAYYYYYY to steep, my kiddo slid on it the first time, and wound up losing her front 2 teeth. She went flying down way too fast and hubby and I couldn't get to her fast enough, it was one of those moments that happen in slow motion for the parent and you cant get there fast enough to protect your child. Ya that happened. Broke out her 2 front teeth. Shes 3. She will now be without her front teeth for a few years because of this. Shes traumatized. We have slides in our backyard she refuses to go on now, they used to be her favorite thing. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Buy something else. ANYTHING but this. It is not safe. We took it apart and threw it in the trash, I didn't want to resell it and have another kid go through what my daughter did.
