Love how the bunk bed turned out. It looks nice and very sturdy. I recommend dedicating a full day to assemble with one person. The package came in two boxes and while the pieces weren’t all perfect, saw some wood abrasions and paint bumbling, they were minimal and not visibly noticeable. They did give me 3 screws of one kind and short 3 in another so I had to make it work. Turned out fine. I will say the instructions included diagrams with no written instructions so really pay attention to the correct side of the pieces and if the holes go on the inside or outer especially the twin frame with railings. Had to take apart and reassemble a few parts because of this. Overall a good product and I’m satisfied with the purchase. It’s perfect for the kiddos and NOT cheap looking.

We have been searching for a bunk bed for a while, and based on reviews and our budget we picked this one. Once we received the 2 boxes of parts I was thinking what did I get myself into. I went back to the reviews and saw it took most people about a day to get it put together. I didn't have that time, and I'm happy to say I got it put together in about 3 hours. I did need help getting the top bunk up but, it wasn't too hard. Since this was at night I didn't notice a crack on the foot board of the top bunk until the next afternoon. After contacting customer support, I believe I spoke to Stephanie, they sent me a new box with the new foot board and told me to keep the additional pieces as back up. Super quick service and customer support!

This item combines a pleasing appearance and overall good frame with some really wtf quality on other pieces Assembly: manuals are meh, item received with poorly made booklet, clearly done on bad copy machine, with toner lines, not all content readable. Parts are marked with something that looks like a stamp, hard to find, and not very legible. With that said, once you get going on assembly, it starts making sense after a while, and then assembly gets easier Frame: looks very sturdy, can't fault here. Still, manufacturing is very poor. One piece (see photo) was kind-of cracked, in not critical place, but still. Tolerances are very liberal. Many holes overdrilled, dowels are swimming inside them. Finish in some places is very sloppy. There are nicks all over the place. With that said, it's a kid's bed, they'll destroy it anyway, so who cares. Other: while frame is good, the "other" pieces are made very cheaply and using questionable materials: - the under-mattress planks are made of PLYWOOD!!!!!! Unsanded. Holes made sloppy. - the support bar for lower part made of plywood. There's visible machining defect on it if you look at photo. Very poor quality - The support legs for the lower part also made of plywood. One leg even split in half right away. Plywood is generally not a material I would expect to see for this purpose. At least, sand it. - The boxes are also made out of plywood, which would split when I get wheels installed. Not sure if this is a big deal or not, but I foresee they shall disintegrate soon if used. Final thoughts: the bed has great potential. I bought it with a resale in mind, but it will definitely not hold resale value. I would probably have to update this bed with my own planks, made of actual wood this time, not plywood. Manufacturer needs to address quality issues, the quality on some parts is atrocious. Also, print the manuals, don't copy them, wtf. At least make booklet downloadable on amazon.

After I got this and opened it up, there was no hardware. No bolts, dowel pins, washers. Nothing. Since it came in 2 boxes I opened the other one thinking "oh they just put all of it in the other box. No big deal. Also no hardware in that one. So I just have a bunch of bed pieces I can't do anything with. At the time of writing this I have called them. They didn't answer, presumably because it was the weekend. Will update with results from customer service. Update: It was all user error. Somehow I did in fact overlook the hardware bag in one of the boxes. It had been there from the start. This is why we need wives fellas. It was my wife that finally found it. Lol! Also I had thought that the seller wasn't getting in touch with me about my request for hardware (that it turned out I had) but they actually were. They had been sending me messages since the day after I called them! Anyway, onto the actual review: I have as of yet, only put together the bottom bunk because we don't have a twin mattress yet but the bottom bunk is finished and I gotta say it's great! Very sturdy. I shook it pretty good and there was no movement in it. It felt like it was all carved out of one solid piece of wood. Excellent material quality! And my daughter LOVES IT! Pictures and updates forthcoming.
