I have a 13, 11, and 9 year olds and this bed looks amazing in the their bedroom. There’s only two issues I have with the bed and it’s the ladder that’s detached itself from one of the top bunks and the railing of the ladder that seems to hurt my 9 year olds feet when climbing up and down out of the bed. The media could not be loaded. The bed is beautiful , Great for sleepovers, the only problem is the ladders didnt stay connected after being assembled

    • Missing all the hardware to put the bed together
Both boxes were received were missing the hardware and screws needed to put the beds together. So now my kids have to sleep on the floor. The number to the manufacturer does not work either. So I can’t get in touch with anyone to get the hardware.

Edit....as of today with werkly emsils still no respone orvrefund of the $103. I had to spend on ha4dware......This came with no hardware. I purchased almost a month ago. I have emailed requesting a refund for the cost of the hardware. No response as of yet. My first review didn't post for some reason??? ... show more
