I love this bedframe. I only had one issue and it was on the shipping end (at first, I only received two out of four packages), not the manufacturer’s. It was easy to put together and it does look good. Maybe the directions are a little confusing, but I will say that this box with the bedframe weighs about 350 pounds and I went out to help the UPS man up the stairs to my apartment and I pulled a hamstring 😭😭

Instructions make the building process more complicated then necessary, pictures showing awkward angles of how to place pieces together. Pieces weren’t marked correctly and some smaller hinges were mixed in bags. Overall I’m not happy that I spent money on this set. Build quality is subpar and not worth the price.

i would give 5 stars if my bed frame came with the hardware the first time. they had to send out all of the pieces again because you cannot contact the manufacturer so I had to lug in heavy boxes so they didn’t get wet in the rain and wait for pick up
