Love it !!! Even if you are a 'pro', it is a great product. It provides tremendous support so that you do not hurt your back. For me at least, doing sit ups was challenging because I lacked proper technique, and yes, I can watch videos to learn the technique but it is still not the same if you do not follow it properly. This equipment supports your back so you don't have to be caught up in using proper technique to the granular level. As far as you are doing the 'due diligence' of maintaining proper posture and all, you are fine... Basically, you don't have to be caught up in the technique and can focus more on the movement. The resistance levels are amazing and can be adjusted easily, and you can actually feel the abdomen area after a session, no matter what resistance level you use. Very firm, and can easily be stored in a small space.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this because traditional sit ups hurt my tail bone and back. I bought a bigger different contraption from another company and it njust wasn’t for me. My left shoulder has limited range of motion and the first item had “handle bars”. This is so easy and easy on the back/lower back, not to mention the cushy, padded seat! The burn in the abdomen is REAL. I usually hold a 5-10 lb weight over my head while using it and also add a resistance band around my thighs. It gives 5-6 exercises on the actual seat but if you are creative, you can find others to do as well. Let me add; the first one from another company was $199. I had to pay shipping to return it which was $130🤦🏻♀️. So I lost all that money. Amazon is great when it comes to returning items! I keep some small “workout” equipment on my main floor while the rest is downstairs!
