This thing is awesome. I love it. I am a 6'3" tall male and weigh approximately 253 pounds. It fits perfect. Not too constricting. Nice firm support. The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the little bag and pulled it out was how thick it is. The stitching is really nice and seems really durable as well. So I washed it and then tried it on. It's nice and snug but doesn't feel like it hinders any movement or breathing etc. Which is good because I'm claustrophobic. So I went in the living room to check it out in the closest mirror and even though its thick, I could feel the air from the ceiling fan on my skin through the shirt. I'd have no problem wearing this thing all day, and I intend to. I can't wait to wear it under a nice dress shirt. Its slimming, comfortable, offers control if you need it. If you need support to work out, get it. You have loose skin from weight loss? Get it. You have man boobs and you'd like your chest to look more proportionate to the rest of you? Get it. If you're kind of on the fence about size, maybe this will help. I can wear a 1x tshirt and it fits me slim. Not tight, just comfortably slim. I can also wear a 2x shirt and it fits slightly loose. So I'm kind of in limbo land depending on the manufacturer of the garment. So with this compression shirt I ordered a 2x and it fits perfect. Length is perfect too. It comes down about halfway of my buttocks. It takes effort to get into the shirt but it's a compression shirt. That's part of the fun. I was able to get it on over my head and didnt have to step into it as they reccomend. I think that has more to do with your physical shape, size, and condition. This is the longest by far review I've ever written. I hope it helps someone out there that feels like they need one of these shirts. This compression shirt is straight-up a game changer. I was skeptical at first, but it fits like a glove without feeling like it’s choking me out. The material is breathable and hugs in all the right places, especially around the belly. Gives me a cleaner silhouette under tees and polos—makes me look like I’ve actually been hitting the gym (even if it’s just been pizza and Netflix lately 😂). I recently purchased the compression body shaper vest color black, size LARGE and it has far exceeded my expectations. I am 6'2 and currently weigh 207 lbs, a drastic increase for me since I used to weigh about 185-190 lbs pre pandemic, while working a very active and fast paced job on my feet up for about 8 hours a day up to 6 days a week sometimes. My current pant size is 34 (measuring with tape though I'm 38 inches around the waist and my chest size 41inches) I hope this helps. I was very pleased with the material of the body vest, it's made of a great quality elastic material with great compression and it hides well under a T-shirt or shirt for work out, walks and probably to wear to work as well. Not sure if I would just wear it as a tank top though, as the material has a sheen and slippery texture probably to slide any fabric dressed over it. I have even slept with it on, while you really feel the pressure and it's not uncomfortable or hot to wear round the clock if you get the correct side and remain in an air conditioned environment. In fact I like the pressure so much that I would consider getting a second one to wear together, instead of buying a size smaller. The pressure is really strong if you put it on as a tank top, if you have wide shoulders I would consider wearing from your legs and bringing it up trough your waist to your shoulders. You will feel the quality the moment you open the package and feel the texture and strength of the material it's made from. It's like a strong/ heavy duty leotard type fabric with overlock stitches across/below the chest area (to flatten, lift and shape potential moobs) and also across/below the gut (to keep the gut in check and support the abdominal area). This product has helped me with my posture and after a week of wearing it I can feel my stomach muscle getting stronger and the fat tissue either disperse or harden into muscle tissue, not sure which. Now I am sure that with a good diet and conscious calorie intake this product will definitely help me achieve great results by the summer. I strongly recommend this product with confidence to anyone. Any initial discomfort is a very small price to pay in my opinion. If you are not used to pressure around your torso you might feel uncomfortable at first. But after a few hours or a couple days you will adjust to the pressure. The only regret I have was not buying this body shaper earlier. The shirt is made nice, however, it is really small. My husband wears a size 2XLT t-shirt and sometimes 3XLT to compensate for the fabric shrinking. We ordered a 4XL and we could get the shirt over his head, but incapable to putting his arms through the shirt or pulling it over his shoulders. We couldn't stretch it at all. I just got mine. I'm an XXL and I purchased an XL. It was definitely tough for me to put it on for the first time because it is pretty tight but once I got it on it is actually very comfortable and it holds things in beautifully. Really liked this compression vest—great quality and feels comfortable. But Amazon recommended a small, and it was way too tight. Had to return and reorder a Medium, which fit much better. Just be careful with sizing and maybe go up if you’re in between. Otherwise, solid product!
