This product is not worth the money. This product only lasts about 30 seconds when in use which is not long enough for a hot flash. I also have not even had it a year and it is now not working. I would not remommend this product.

Game changer! It’s expensive, and the cold doesn’t last very long, but it’s the only thing out there that works!!! I keep it by my side in meetings. Works great!!!

Bought this for my mom as a mothers day gift. She has been using it multiple times a day and loves it. 4 stars because the first one I ordered was opened and the switch was broken. Was able to return without much trouble.

My husband has significant hot flashes from Hormone therapy related to prostate cancer. This product was pricey and did not work well at all. I returned. He is using a neck fan instead and gets much better relief.

I am in perimenopause and also have MS so my hot flashes are rough. For me I primarily use this product at night. I keep Frida Fever forehead patches in my freezer and when I wake up covered in sweat I grab a forehead pack from the freezer and do 1-3 treatment sessions with this product. I have very limited use of my hands and I can easily hold this and use it on the back of my neck. Long battery life. Only downside of this product is at the price point it really should have come with a storage case of some kind. I ended purchasing a $10 padded camera bag that does the trick.

The feature is great however it is limited in the amount of times you can use it on one charge and the unit gets hot. I still need to use ice packs and cooling towels. This is great for someone who doesn't have many long flashes.

The pod did indeed get cold fast but it did not last long enough to be effective for me. I would repeatedly activate until it reached its limit and shut down. I also found it to be not the most comfortable to hold where I wanted it to be cold (the curve of my neck) but for others it might be more effective. I don't regret trying it but wished it would have worked more successfully for me.
