SIZING/FIT: 4.5* + I got the XL based solely on my height and actually it fits my body well. I'm 6'2", 240#, 45" chest, 47" belly, and 27" thighs. If I went by their other measurements, I would have had to get a 3XL. Since the XL fits me well, I feel that the 3XL would have been HUGE on me. + The sleeve length goes all the way to my hands covering my wrists. + The legs cover my ankles. + The neck is a comfortable tight and my neck is 17.5". CONSTRUCTION/QUALITY: 5* + The suit itself is sewn really well. + The zipper runs up and down smoothly and is heavy duty. + There are no loose seams. + The zipper is sewn in really well. + The zipper pull is long enough for an inflexible guy like me to be able to grab it and zip it up myself. + The knees are protected with extra material. + The arms have a grippier material than the rest of the suit. + The grippy material on the arms is also a cool geometric design. COMFORT: 4* + The suit is flexible and bends with my body. + It has done a great job of keeping me warm-ish in the cold mountain lakes where I live. This wetsuit fit the bill as I needed one with more room than another wetsuit I had. This will also give me a spare wetsuit that my friend's can use when I bring out my electric hydrofoils and the water temps are lower than 65*F where a wetsuit is needed. The other wetsuit I have is a front zipper design and this rear zipper design surprised me with how well it worked. Stitchwork looks to be done well and this should last for years.

It's been years since we've been back in the water and needed a wetsuit. That's why when we were looking for a new suit I was happy to find this option- pricing is reasonable, construction is great, and the materials are good. As far as construction goes, the stitching is tidy, the zipper is excellent (critical on a wetsuit!), and the quality control is great. I found the sizing to be 'ok'. For someone a little over 6'2", medium/athletic build, and average torso/inseam length, I ordered an XL based on the size chart, and found that they could've used a little more length in the torso. An XL-Tall would have been perfect. It fits great width-wise, however, so, an XXL would've felt oversized. It's not a dealbreaker, though, and only really noticeable it when extending arms overhead at the same time. Overall, we're pleased to get back in the water and glad we found this wetsuit!

I expect this review will be multiple parts. I've never used a wet suit, so I can't compare. It seems quality judging by the seams and zippers. I actually bought this as a gift for my son is who in away at college. He won't be able to try it on until Thanksgiving. At that time I'll be able to update and talk about the fit. Following that, probably not until next year will he be able to use it over spring break since he's in school in the midwest (thus will not be going into bodies of water in the middle of winter). But I will plan on a sizing update followed by an actual usage update. edit: He did try on the wetsuit over the Christmas holiday, and it was a snug fit. I bought the XL since since he's 6'3" 185 pounds - V shaped frame of a young man. He liked the way it fit, but he won't use it until Spring Break. I'll update again when it's been used.

This well made wetsuit is runs only slightly more than expected fit. It is well-insulated and movement is not restricted. I bought for kayaking in colder weather in addition to swimming and snorkeling in cooler waters. Excellent price point. Durable material.

Went by the measurements. I am a size 14 woman, about 5'6". Wetsuits are not made for people like me...you have to be thin to swim apparently lol. This was way too long for me, let water in, but the midsection was nice and roomy. Borderline useless but realized too late
