We had bought one for son and he loves it and he's not a jacket kid at all. So.i went ahead and ordered one for myself. Doesn't feel cheap.and very comfortable. Its light but warm and the wind doesn't get through it. My son said the waterproof is nice too.

This might become my most favorite jacket that I have ever owned. I love it. I need a jacket that is light enough to work in without the bulk of a heavy winter coat. I live in the mountains where one of the first wind farms in the country started due to the almost constant wind. It has been mentioned as one of the most consistently windy locations in the world. Great for windmills, not so much for people. Cold wind goes right thru clothing an chills to the bone. This jacket feels like a warm hug when you first put it on then once your outside it blocks the wind and retains body heat. The fit is perfect for me with a couple of layers on and I would agree as others have said it is true to size. I like how it fits in the shoulders, chest, sleeve and over all length. I have no issues with the Velcro cuffs, snug but comfortable and can be loosened if I need them to be. I like the way the hood fits, the bill and ability to remove it. Pockets are great and the soft fuzzy lining add warmth to that hug I mentioned. I really do think it will become my "the best jacket that I have owned". It beats the err, pants off of those navy blue nylon jackets all the cool kids wore back in the mid 60's, they were always "too expensive" for our clothing budget, sigh. This one tops all of those long forgotten memories, and at a great price. A bargain, really. Buy one, you'll love it too. Thanks for a great product. Don

OK, I only wore this out walking one time and I will update this review after I've worn it, on my walks for the winter season but I am really impressed with this coat! I am 6.0' tall 194 lbs and the large fit me perfectly. I walked out in the rain and wind at 35 degrees this morning and I was warm and dry. The pockets are very nice and spacious. I got the Fluorescent Green because I walk in the early morning hours and it really makes me visible to traffic. As I stated, I will revisit this review after I've worn it for the season but for now, I am really impressed

It doesn't look like it is warm enough for winters up north but he says it keeps him warm and he likes the sherpa feeling on the inside. This coat is so lightweight but WARM. It has the windbreaker material in the outside and fuzzy inside. I got this for my grandson and he loves it. The color is for sure Hi-Viz green but that is his favorite color. Highly recommend this coat for northern Michigan winters.
