This costume is fantastic. My husband looked so fly, haha! So...reviews said go up 1 or 2 sizes. I went up 2 based on that and the size chart. I should have only gone up 1 size. For reference, larges are usually snug and XL are loose. We bought the XXL but the XL would have been better. The shorts are kind of swimsuit material and feel. The hat is perfect if you have a big head. He was certain it wouldn't fit but it was perfect. Color was exactly like the image. He got the black.
