Overall, I was impressed w the quality. Was very on the fence abt this purchase and am very picky abt my pillows as I struggle w neck tension/ issues and am a side sleeper… knowing what a great return policy Amazon had, I decide to go for it- and I would say this pillow is great if u are looking for a soft to medium soft firmness pillow. I found it to be supportive and very soft, I really like the adjustable options - one note that it’s layered (4 sections) so u remove a whole layer, is great so u don’t have to deal w all the small chunks of must adjustable memory foam pillows but also limits the height customizations. I ultimately went back to my more firm Tempur-Pedic pillow but kept this one and may use it again once my new mattress is more broke in. It was just a tad too soft for my firm mattress…

I take a chance and order this pillow it's a little pricey but I said what the heck let me treat myself this is the best pillow I ever sleep on I use just one night and my neck and shoulder didn't hurt when I wake up thank you so much you invented this product for us and I really love this pillow if I could I buy 50 more and put it all over around me LOL of course I don't have a budget to do that but thank you again! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Over the years since contour pillows first came on the scene in the early 90’s I’ve purchased more than I’d care to admit to. All in an effort to find the one that truly performed up to its billing and I finally after literally 30 years I’ve found it. I’m predominantly a side sleeper so when contour pillows first arrived, they sounded like the perfect solution to support my neck keeping it in the proper alignment with my spine. Well, after a while, I found that all contour pillows are not alike. Depending on your size, the part of the pillow that supports your neck can be too high or too low unless the manufacturer sells more than one size option allowing one to purchase the correct height thickness to support the neck. Still, it was all guesswork. Nowadays, when you buy a contour pillow it’s usually a one- size-fits-all. Well, unless you can adjust the pillow to the height that correctly supports your neck, one-size-fits-all just doesn’t cut the mustard. Royal Therapy solved the problem by designing a contour pillow with 4 user-adjustable layers to literally custom fit the pillow to the user’s personal needs. Gone are the days when you purchased a contour pillow hoping it was the right one for you only to get it home and find out that it wasn’t made with your neck and head comfort in mind. As if the adjustability alone wasn’t enough to make this pillow a number one contender for the crown and well worth the price of admission, the memory foam is without a doubt far superior to any contour pillow that I’ve ever used. It firmly supports my neck without applying any noticeable pressure or overly firm spots. The surface that your head lays on is supported without allowing your head to sink deep into the pillow, thus, keeping your neck in perfect alignment with the spine throughout the night. Since using the Royal Therapy my morning neck pain is history and the back pain is at least 75% improved and feeling better with each passing morning. The price may seem to be a bit costly and look like other contour pillows costing half the price or less, but that’s where the similarities end. This pillow is filled with what it takes to get the sleep and comfort that the rest of the pack can only promise.

I bought one of these pillows a few years ago, and it was a miracle. The perfect pillow for me and my neck pain (due to 3 degenerative discs), and the only pillow I could find that is customizable. Of course it deteriorates over time, so I recently bought a new one (actually two). Ripped the tags off, expecting the same exact pillow as before. Way different! Seems "shrinkflation" has struck again...each layer of foam is thinner than the previous pillow. Now two layers (which was perfect) is too thin, and all three layers is too big. The pain I've had is beyond terrible, and I've had to try and modify it with rolled up towels etc, trying to find what works. I shouldn't have to do this for a $100 pillow! Not to mention what it's costing me for massages and PT. Thanks a bunch...hope your profits are worth it!
