We purchased a mattress years ago at local dealer that our whole family claims to be the most comfortable in house. That business went out of business but lots of research led me order this mattress for our camper bed so we could take our amazing comfort with us as we traveled. We ordered one and it was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. After giving it more than enough time to rise (as expected) the sides never seemed to take adequate shape. I contacted seller and they immediately responded. The politely asked for pictures which I promptly sent. They promptly replied with condolences for our inconvenience and notice that they would like to make it right by sending us a brand new mattress. They also said they wanted us to keep the old one and do what we wanted with it. We received these new one and it raised as expected and has worked perfectly. Other works fine too, just a bit disfigured at bottom but really can’t be seen. I did not expect this excellent customer service and really only reached out for advice on how to get it to rise more. I highly recommend this product and seller. The mattress is superbly comfortable. Even my old cranky, war-tattered husband loves it-eases all his aches and pains so he can sleep. My mom is even in line to order her own shortly.

I bought this mattress back in late October 2024 after navigating through the reviews. I guess I received one of the bad ones of the bunch, because this mattress is terrible. The description states the comfort level to be medium-firm, but it was more like plush and not even close to medium. If it would have at least been what the description stated, I could have probably overlooked the inconsistency in the expansion of the memory foam. Since the sides of the mattress never expanded fully, I was left with a bed that has two significant slopes at the head and foot ends. It may have looked strange, but for the price, I could have dealt with it. I tried to speak with someone at Amazon about it, but they were not very helpful. I also tried to reach out to the manufacturer, since I believe they offered a 120-night trial, but I could never find the contact information. Not even within the product documents that were sent in the packaging. I think the only reason why I let it go so long was because I really wanted to believe this was a decent mattress and it was going to miraculously become what was describe in the listing. I cannot even say to myself "You get what you paid for", because I did not even get that. There was no value for the money.

This was the best deal I have bought in a long time. My husband and I previously had one of those expensive beds with remotes. Everyday, we both woke up with our bodies just aching. We finally had it and found this. For the price I was a bit skeptical but to our surprise it was a steal. Super soft, super easy Setup, we only wish we would have got the 12 instead of the 10.

The first mattress didn’t expand to full size. I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement right away. I was told that I needed to contact them for a PILOT pickup when I was ready to send it back. The replacement has filled out and is firm and comfortable. Amazon showed up at my door out of the blue but was not prepared to package the mattress and take it as I was told. Will update after I contact them again…

The mattress was delivered fairly quickly but after opening it to let it expand it had a bevel at the head and foot and the mattress cover is to big and it has bunches in the middle of the mattress. I feel like the blood is rushing to my had when laying flat. I am disabled and I am a chronic pain patient, I wake up with hip pain every morning since using this mattress. I will be returning and looking for a different mattress.
