Bought on Feb 16th, useless on May 31st. Used for little over 3 months…. Worthless! You would think that it would work longer for as much as it cost. Update: the customer service team contacted me after I posted my review to inquire about the problem with the machine. They determined the entire machine is broke and are sending me a new one at no cost to me. Wonderful customer service!! I do love this machine and hope I just got a bad one. what can i say, it does what it’s supposed to do and it’s a great product. the only negative i’d say is the magnetic board at the bottom comes off so easily but other than that i love it. i am NOT a professional and do my own nails at home so do i feel like its worth the money i spent? to me yes bc not i can do my own nails at home instead of paying more money over time to get someone else to do them. i dont use acrylic and am strictly polygel and gel (as of 2022) and it works great to cure and file/sand down product. i use a very low speed and rarely go higher simply bc of nail damage (don’t wanna risk it) and i love that it can fluctuate speeds. i also love the timed setting for drying. i recommend using the 90s simply bc its better for your skin if you’re not going to use a UV protection glove.

Love the two in one feature! Lamp is strong and e-file is whisper quiet. Magnetic base so no more struggling to clip on. Lamp truly doesn’t turn on until you put your hand in, only dislike is if you move your hand too much it restarts the timer. Other than that I love it! Worth the price!

Please don't buy this product. It randomly stopped working, while my dominate hand was halfway through a builder gel set. So disappointing. They do have a warranty of 6 months, but its 15 if you buy it from their site. Just submitted a request for exchange or refund; would honestly prefer a refund as i don't want to be exchanging this thing every 4 months. Also, you have to pay for shipping the old unit back and new unit to you, so that's another $60 there I bet. Very disappointing. I won't be buying this brand again; I suggest you never do. Oh, and note MelodySusie has about 10 different listings for the same product, make sure you look at all of the reviews from all of the listing as they are not all so great. When their starts dip below 4, they just post a new listing and quit marketing the poor listing. Smart, but deceptive.

I love my unit!! The drill and drying being all together is really great and convenient for me, it does get really fast on the highest speed, it’s not loud at all which is great when my man is gaming or just watching things without his head set. It’s made great. I will say it was unfortunate that my original unit stopped working after one use, however the customer service was on top, I emailed them, sent them some info on my issue and they sent me a WHOLE NEW UNIT at no cost to me and it’s been working ever since. I’ve had no more issues thankfully!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND!!

I love everything about the drill however my dog chewed on my card and I’m having a hard time finding a replacement cord and I don’t want just any cord,I would rather get the replacement from the manufacturer so I KNOW it’s good

I would've rated this a five star since it was such a convenient and pretty lamp. I’ve had this lamp for about 6months now I bought it back in February and the drill doesn’t even work anymore. Now I’m not a nail professional but I’m well aware that there’s steps to maintain a drill, cleaning it and keeping these colored bands on the drill bits so the dust doesn’t go into the handles. For a drill to stop working after only 6 months of monthly use, cause this is for personal use and I only ever do my nails every month or even month and a half, is not okay. It sucks that now mid way through doing one hand I have to finish my other nails with a hand held file 😒 waste of money
