Description

The MEL REM ATDD has the AC/DC EMF measurement and ambient temperature measuremnent functions as all MEL Meters. It also adds REM and ATDD functions. The antennta radiates a discrete EM field that will react to energy changes and alert you with sound alert and 6 LEDlights that light up in accordance to the strength and proximity of the disturbing source. ATDD function sets off a sound a led light alert in response to a drop or increase in temperature of 5 degrees F. The readout for regular Temperature and EMF levels has a red bacground light that one can turn off. It is nightvision friendly since it is red. There is a built in red led light that one uses as nightvision friendly flashlight. This quality product has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Mel meter plus DAS Distribution is by far the greatest put together. Everything works loke it supposed to and even when I thought I was not acting riggt. It was doing what it was supposed to do.     • It is a nice step up from my old Mel meter.
It has several features my old meter does not have. It has the lights that indicate changes in electrical mechanical changes and the antenna. It means that this one instrument does the functions of many. I don't have to carry so many tools with me on an investigation. I fewer spare batteries.

The item in question was a standard MEL meter, without the REM and ATDD features. Double the cost. Initiated return. Hopefully hear back from seller asap.

Over two hundred dollars to throw at any piece of equipment is often a hard decision to make but having said that I really have enjoyed this one and get a lot of good stuff with this . I will say that the people who packaged this I could tell knew that it was a good but to pay because of the care and time they took with the packaging , also got a carrying case that I didn't even know was coming, also came with a battery and a good quality Duracell, so thanks guys for taking care of me like you did, believe me it was noted. ... show more

This is not the first Mel Meter with Rempod our team has purchased nor will it be the last. Great product and it works as it’s supposed to. Please read the directions to learn how to use it appropriately. Don’t assume you know how by watching Paranormal tv shows.

    • Great little device bit antenna could be improved.
Antenna needs improvement. It gives false reading when you move the device because the antenna isn’t secure and touches the sides. Other then that it’s a great little device. Wish I could have got it cheaper but it is what it is. I would recommend it. I a rubber oring on the antenna to keep it from moving. ... show more
