I took a pic with the “navy” skirt shown against the black shorts that come sewn underneath the skirt as well as a black TV remote control to show how extremely dark the “navy blue” is. It is not the brighter navy & white color shown in the Amazon ad pics, but instead looks like an almost black & white skirt (which is fine, but perhaps the seller could update their pics online so that buyers know what they’ll actually be getting bc their ad is WAY off). Unless we got some kind of fluke in color AND size (twice), their sizing is also EXTREMELY generous. I thought (based on some of the reviews that said this skirt ran small in the top smocked part) that I should order an XL to compensate for the sheerness that some people complained about … but the XL that we received was gargantuan and there was NO sheerness whatsoever. Tried reordering the same skirt/same color in a medium (hoping that it would be small enough, but it was still large and long), so I have now ordered a THIRD time in a small. Overall the fabric quality is nice, but I do wish the the color (& sizing) was remotely accurate (yes I realize colors can have variation on screens, but this was pretty ridiculous). The skirt itself is REALLY cute and seems well made (LOVE LOVE LOVE the shorts underneath!) … and if we can EVER get it in the correct size (regardless of the REALLY dark navy color), it will be absolutely delightful!

I got the package and I got an extra small thinking that would fit I have a tiny waist so I was doubting that it would fit a little bit but when I got it it was like the size for a extra large and I’m ten so I probably should’ve even ordered it when I got it it was not how I expected it to look at all! But if you are an adult and not a 10 year old I would get it👍

I love the shirred top of this skirt. Very flattering. The ruffles lay nice and this is a really cute skirt. Highly recommend for a fun flouncy, flattering skirt. I have this style in several colors and there is no bulk around the mid hip area - yet flouncy and fun past the hips. Great skirt and style - wish there were more colors/patterns/prints.
