I really enjoy the natural composition of these and that they contain the additional greens and herb complex. I especially enjoy that they aren't a ridiculously high potency that your body doesn't really need - like virtually every other multi on the market. Obviously, I can't say that they make me feel amazing - but they do make me feel more confident that I am supplementing my body with the right building blocks. I am very mindful of my diet, so I guess that my only "gripe" is that the pills are a decent size and not scored. Before switching to these, I would break the same size tablet in half and take a half tablet daily. It's a supplement, not a replacement. But, again, it isn't high potency, so I feel that it doesn't put me at any potential risk of overdoing the fat soluable micros that could lead to any toxicity. Yes, they cost a little more, but I feel it's a worthwhile investment in the foundation of my nutritional health. Enough that this is the only product I have ever committed to subscribe to. Wow....these are a game changer for me. I have a very sensitive stomach. I have acid reflex and I get bloated easily. I can say after taking them for 2 weeks, these are amazing. I digest them well, no bloating since taking them and I feel fantastic. My liver enzymes were a little high last month so hopefully this will help with that as well.
