Shipping was fast and packaged with great care. It was bubble wrapped in the box and sealed. The label says that it has been tested for pesticides and they don't expire until the year 2026. I'm not sure how good they but I took one of the vitamins right away...so I'll see how it goes. They have a slight bitter taste and from reading the package you can take them on a empty stomach.
