Been using the for about 2 months so far for the most part it has been good. There are a lot of good things that it does well like being able to run promos and adding a video on the secondary screen and inventory. Its able to run most every day transactions. I have notices a few flaws with the program, like when refunding an item you can't make a general you have to go and find the receipt of purchase and refund it through there. You also cant refund and make a sale at the same time, so if a customer whats to exchange an item for something else and you wanted to take out the price for the return item it doesn't work you, would have to refund it first give them the money the make a new transaction. And lastly you cannot deduct a set amount off the balance, when you do it will add taxes with what ever amount you put, you cannot set a exact amount. There are ways to work around these problems but that just adds another step, with makes it less user friendly. The Support is really great though, ther tried to help me in any way they can, the software would give 3 Stars, The Support from the seller 5 Stars. Update the system touchscreen went out but the support was amazing sent me a new one fast would give their support 10stars ... show more

There are many problems with this POS system. I purchased two systems, and one broke after only two years while the other stopped working after about three and a half years. I contacted both the seller and their service center multiple times, but I never received a response. Their advertisement claims that they provide lifetime service and support, but based on my experience, that claim is not true. I am very disappointed with the product and customer service. I was skeptical at first but it was extremely easy to use and setup. It makes the checkout process very smooth and easily changes the prices of our products. Tech Support also got back to use fairly quickly. We had needed a tax free option to sell for resellers and they got back to us with the function within 24 hours. It is taking some getting used to this system. The customer service is 10 Stars, The system could be a bit more user-friendly. I like it for the most part. Looking up items and running reports could be easier. I'm sure I will get used to it in time.
