    • They do the job
They are kind of bulky, but thats the point. So far they have stayed on and it makes using the board on a daily basis much more trouble free. You don't have to worry about damaging the edges of the board when picking it up or setting it down. Also makes standing and holding it much better since you don't have to worry about damaging the tail of the board resting on the ground. I used to set the board on my foot before, now I just don't care. They do however give just slightly less clearance before the wheels will hit the board in a turn. So I have noticed a tiny bit if black rubber on the edges of the wheels and a small groove worn in the bash guard. Just had it never locked up the wheel and sent me flying. So if your trucks are loose or you turn sharply just use caution. ... show more

I read all the reviews. Started my order and backed out. Then as I normally do I made my decision with a “F it” and got one. I legitimately couldn’t be happier. You can find me cruising up and down PCH in Laguna on the regular getting high fives. The speed is great. The breaks are so good. to be safe i placed a 3m double side tape and it works well on my meepo v4

    • Does not fit my Meepo V4
I bought this product because it was an option to purchase it with my Meepo V4 board, assuming that it was compatible. When I installed it to my board, it was ill-fitting. Guards would pucker. I was using my board, and the front guard came off, and my board rolled on top of it, which caused me to lose balance and fall, as my board crashed into the sidewalk. I’m okay and so is my board. I don’t want to discredit this product because it fits the other boards. But maybe not make it an option for the V4, so people won’t buy it. On a better note, the Meepo V4 is awesome! I love it and ride it every day! ... show more
