No dislikes, Very satisfied customer. I rated all items 5 star except install. The light itself was pretty straight forward but my experience of the install required a bit more time than anticipated. Once finished I was and am still very pleased with the changelier and how it improved my dining room experiences. I do recommend this light for DIYers as well as those who may ask for help of an electrician. Value for price is also there. Manage your time required to install expectations. This light is so much more beautiful than the pictures. The person that installed it did not have any issues, it was a smooth process. It was installed with a dimmer switch. You also get extra crystals which is nice in case one breaks. The crystals were very easy to attach. I highly recommend this light, you would pay way more in a lighting store. This 3 tiered chandelier is beautiful HOWEVER!!! Had I realized how time consuming and difficult it would be to put this together I would not have ordered it. Some of the crystals were different lengths. In order to compensate, I had to lay all of them out to try to match lengths for each tier. When it wasn't possible to find enough of the same length for a tier, I had to adjust the flimsy wires to make up for that difference. The wires! OH! Each wire had to be inserted through a hole in the crystals. MOST of the holes were the same distance from the top of the crystal. Each wire had to be bent exactly the same on the crystal -- too tight and the crystal didn't hang nice and loosely or hung to one side. THEN, each wired crystal had to be installed in holes on each tier. Again, each wire had to be bent exactly right, at the same place, or the crystal wouldn't hang nice and loosely or it hung too high or too low or it hung to one side. It took two of us over 7 hours to clean each crystal and get them hung right. ... show more

OMG this is something to brag about. This is a show stopper for sure. Although it literally took two of us 5 hours because it has over 400 crystals, it was worth every minute.

I love this light! I saw one at Restoration Hardware for $3k and decided to do my own bargain shopping. The specs of this fixture matched those of the fancy high-priced light, so I decided to buy. Shipment arrived quickly and was expertly packed to avoid damage. I will warn anyone, that installation is a tad difficult depending on your setup. The media could not be loaded. I really love this beauty! I had a handyman install it for us. He made sure the junction box had enough support because the one we are replacing was much lighter. You have to hang First, then attach the crystals. So happy!!!
