This rug is so amazingly soft that it feels like your walking on a cloud. A couple of hours after unpackaging, it lays really flat and it stays perfectly in place without sliding around. The design is a really nice accent. It is advertised to be machine washable, but we have not tried washing it yet. A vacuum cleaner works just fine on it and it doesn't ruin it or wear it down at all. I don't think we will ever buy any other kid of rug because of how soft and high quality this is. ... show more

Color is rich in person. Makes it look more expensive. Not super thick but the fabric is so soft. Grips on bottom keep from sliding around but always use caution around the corners. The colors in this rug are beautiful! The two main colors are blue and rust, and there are unexpected colors that aren't as obvious such as pink and lavender. Those colors are subtle but there. The rug lays mostly flat right out of the packaging and has a non-slip backing that keeps it from moving around. The rug texture is incredibly soft and it has a nice low pile making it easy to sweep off. Once it gets dirty I'll just throw it in the wash! ... show more
