  • Perfect for motorcycle riding
Color: Black Size: MX3 PRO
Perfect for my need which is an audio setup when riding a motorcycle while wearing a helmet. They are snug, low profile with little protrusion that causes no pressure from the helmet. Additionally, the wrap-around wiring of each bud helps them stay in place when removing the helmet. Sound quality is great especially with the challenging environment of wind and motor noise that comes with riding. The biggest challenge is interacting with the button feature (pause /skip track / back track) it is small and is a relatively hard press. Additionally there is not a volume level control. All in all a great value for the money in my experience. ... show more

  • Massive Upgrade over M6 pros
Color: Black Size: MX3 PRO
I have been using M6 pros as my daily drivers for well over 3 years. My current M6s have well over 300 hours of use on them, so they are burned in pretty well, and I was satisfied with what they produced for a very decent price. I finally decided to invest a bit more into the MX3 pros, and they do not disappoint. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND giving these some time to burn in as it is NOT impressive right out of the box. Right out of the box, highs sounded “tinny” and overly sharp like, much like the M6 pros, and the lows were not as prevalent as I would like, however the mids were very solid. I let these sit for roughly 20 hours straight on burn in tracks, and it did wonders. The highs were incredibly accurate and the mids remained colorful. Bass is defined and you can feel them quite well, but the strength is still somewhat lacking. TLDR: A huge step over the M6 pros, HOWEVER burn in is REQUIRED to get the best sound out of these. ... show more

  • Great extras, average sound
Color: Black Size: MX1 PRO
Got these for the gym so I wouldn't ruin my very expensive earbuds. Very impressed with all the extras, including an 1/4" adapter, carabiner, impressive (and large) case, removable tips, and two cables (audio-only and audio+phone). The cables are a good length and both have clips for your shirt or pocket. Delivers fairly well on the mids and highs but the bass (depth and warmth) is lacking. Admittedly, I'm comparing these to a $200 set of earbuds, but if you're listening for music pleasure and want a full spectrum of sound, these come up short. On the other hand, for casual listening or ambient sound that you would want at the gym or work, these work. One other note. The ear tips are pretty thin and I ripped one trying to replace it, so be careful. ... show more

  • 1st "in-ear" experience.
Color: Clear Size: MX3 PRO
For live gigging, these were recommended as an "upgrade" (to the stock in-ear plugs that came with my PHENYX system) by an "expert" in the sound field and player. Comparing to the original set: Features of the MEE not available with the stock Phenyx set: 1. First thing you notice is the superior cabling to the stock set. The cabling and jack are far more substantial, and, unlike the originals, the MEEs come with a sliding adjusting piece (tightens to the back of your head) which worked great on stage to keep them in place. 2. Left and Right designation. 3. Over the ear "flexible wire" segment made these ear buds more comfortable, fit great and remain in place. 4. Comfort "out of the box" is assisted greatly by a very good selection of interchangeable silicone 'buds' for personalization (I don't see the need for a 'custom' fit set, especially with the soft-forming set). Fit/adjustment is easy and excellent. 5. Sound is clear/clean and more "smooth/natural" than the originals. Very pleased with product quality and performance. ... show more

  • Good fit
Color: Clear Size: MX1 PRO
These have been my go to monitors for 12 years. Fit my ears well without having to spend hundreds of dollars on custom fitted models.

  • Thin bass
Color: Clear Size: MX1 PRO
These are OK, but the bass is generally too thin. If I were going to buy another pair I'd try the MX-2 instead because they are supposed to have more bass. I use only the memory foam pads. The silicone pads don't seal at all. The sound quality really depends a lot on exactly how tightly they fit and make a seal in your ears. I find that even when I smile or open my mouth while listening, my ear canal changes shape slightly and the amount of bass varies dramatically. If you get them inserted properly with a good seal you get a good sound and some external noise blocking, but even then I always wish for a little more bass. ... show more

  • Best value for a hundred bucks
Color: Clear Size: MX2 PRO
Upgraded from a pair of M6 Pros I bought in 2016. These sounds great out of the box. Much less ‘harsh’ than the M6s with a very robust low end. I tend to play along with bass and guitar to recorded music or something I’m tracking. There’s enough power and definition that I’d put these against any entry level ($300-500) sound isolating IEMs. I use these with comply foam and they’re easy to leave in for an hour or so. I’d opt to get custom castings done if I were serious about wearing them for extended periods. ... show more

  • PRO? Nope, not even close
Color: Black Size: MX2 PRO
I was very excited to try these in ear monitors, but once I did, I couldn't wait to return them. None of the included tips made any difference. Bass was extremely poor. Treble thin and weak. The cables were extremely thin, almost certain to wear and break. A $60 pair of from another company are far superior. ... show more
