This cream may not have fully met my expectations, but it's certainly not a bad product. Let's break down its pros and cons. Pros: - It's mostly odorless with a very light and pleasant smell - Using it is a pleasant experience; it's not sticky and absorbs well - The packaging is convenient and easy to use Cons: - It's not so much a painkiller as it is a pain reliever for the long term. My knee pain improved over night, not in minutes. - I didn't experience a significant cooling effect, maybe just a hint of it. Results: This cream helped alleviate my pain, but I also applied a warm compress to my knee. It's a nice product to use – no strong smell, good absorption – but it's not a quick, on-the-go painkiller. My expectations were somewhat higher, and they weren't entirely met. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone dealing with severe pain, but it's convenient for milder scenarios.

I use menthol topicals everyday for chronic symptomatic zones. I don't expect them to erase pain but at least offer some distracting cooling relief. While I appreciate the formula being gentle enough for my sensitive skin, I wouldn't reorder this product. The cool is far too subtle and fleeting. Application is easy, though the pump dispenses a small amount. The formula feels like a lotion and rubs in well. I have not noticed deeper relief from trying to massage the area. The menthol is light and short lived, though could be enough for those who don't like spicy cooling. I've not noticed a marked difference in my skin or surface level inflammation after consistent use. Not sure the hemp is a benefit at the listed price.** This doesn't have enough cooling oomph to distract from pain and doesn't feel like a good value since I need a few pumps to cover each area. Pleasant but unremarkable formula. **I'd recommend doing some digging about hemp extracts and their potential benefits, which are more surface level. Other compounds from the whole plant may be better suited for pain needs.**

The menthol is there but I’m not feeling the affects of the CBD at all. I’ve used other CBD products that are more affective. The menthol is nice but I’d rather use bengay.

I have tried several different products, including some that "freeze" and others that heat up. Mostly menthol based or Cinnamon, you know the ones. These never seemed to help with my sore joints and aches/pains. The only ones that I have had success with are lidocaine based products which numb the pain, but is not something I want to get used to using on a regular basis. I was expecting this to be just another product to go into my drawer of pain creams/ointments that don't work, but was pleasantly surprised it actually helped! It is a light white/clear cream that goes on clear and doesn't appear like it will stain clothes (I haven't given it a chance yet), and has a menthol smell you would expect (fine with me, I actually really like mint/menthol smells).

Seems kinda pricey for 1.7 ounces. However, even the 500mg strength does seem to help my tennis elbow. I just rub it in. In a minute or so the pain is almost completely gone. It seems like it helps the sore spot relax a bit which should promote long-termhealing. The bottle has a QR code which links to the company website. They talk about transparency being their core value and the linked page says that they make detailed lab results available for all their products. I may have missed it but I searched around the site a bit but could not find the lab results for this particular product.
