The lid doesn't work. How that is possible with a 5" simple screw plastic top is hard to fathom... yet, it's true. With arthritis, it is painful to wrestle this large plastic lid. It requires pulling up AND unscrewing at the same time. Also no refunds allowed on this item. So I am stuck with it. Beware of this problem. Apparently the manufacturer cannot make a lid that fits properly. Product itself is quite good however, but I won't be able to take it on a trip because of the lid not working.

Compared to my regular tube, this tub is a terrific value. The packaging makes it easy to dispense as much as needed and even easier to put too much taken back in. The scent is neutral which I like. The texture is a little awkward feeling at first and then feels good once worked in. Spreads well. I'll be a repeat buyer, whenever I run out because it's a lot of product.

This is very soft and creamy and does seem to moisturize and help my skin. It does have a medicinal scent to it that might put off some people. It is pretty pricey for the value, in my opinion.

If you have itchy skin or get a lot of insect bites, you need this to heal your skin. And it costs less than half as much as similar products.

Love the ease of using this from a jar instead of tube. It initially has a slight odor but it does not linger.

I use hydrocortisone creams to help with skin irritation I get. I used this for a month with absolutely no improvement. I bought cortizone 10 and saw improvement within days. This cream has a horrible burnt rubber kind of smell and it doesn't absorb into my skin, it just sits on the surface and stays there. I tried to save money by getting it in a larger container but it was a waste and I will be throwing it away.
