I started out using this product upon advice from a Holistic person who owns a business taking 3 drops in liquid 3 x a day. I did this for 2 months and decided to go the route of taking according to directions 10 drops under your tongue as this will act quicker than adding to liquid. The taste is not the greatest but I do feel it helps. Important to note you have to be consistent. I take the drops in the morning, noon and night. Sometimes in between as well. One can only buy it and try it to see if it works for them. I would definitely shop the internet though as I have found it cheaper on EBay.     • Pain, relief, as well as minimal healing, bruising
This helps some with pain however, the biggest thing that it has done is after a major surgery. My bruising was almost completely gone in a day and a half. Now that was a surgery removing 6 pounds of tissue on both breasts. That’s a lot of bruising. It helped with the pain but also helped with the bruising. I would 1000 times recommend this product for injuries, surgeries, whatever it may be to help manage pain as well as bruising. I use this a second time after a major accident, and it helped reduce the pain that I was having and believe me when you break nine ribs, it’s painful. Did not notice any improvement with this product. I am dealing with some severe pain, so it would be rather difficult for this to effect the pain. Probably would work for some regular pain such as headaches or arthritis.

Update to previous rating: despite the previous review, the product itself is excellent! After writing the previous review, I contacted MediNatura and they were very accommodating and sent out a new order. I use this product for pain and inflammation and keep it on hand at all times. It always works quickly to notch down an issue to a manageable level or resolves the issue completely. Original review: I should have ordered directly from MediNatura because the box was torn open and it's obvious someone used a syringe to extract the liquid out of the bottle - the BOTTLE WAS EMPTY upon arrival. There is no way to contact Amazon directly or speak to anyone to resolve this. This seems to be the new way Amazon handles problems; puts you in an endless loop to nowhere. I finally called MediNatura and they were very helpful in offering a full refund or product replacement. This is the second time I've had issues with returns in the last couple of months with Amazon. ... show more

    • Good for whatever hurts
I was so glad to find meds for my dog's for any ailment. We can take an advil or aspirin, for discomfort, but what can we give pets safely. I have used this from a stone stuck in the paw to arthritis. It took away whatever discomfort they had. I don't think you will go wrong with this product
