I am a senior. I received the PediNova Pro machine today and I just tried it on my very thick toenails. It was easy to use folowing the downloadable education videos. It worked like a charm to smooth out and shorten my ugly toenails. Now my feet look normal and I don't have to hide them anymore. I would recommend you use it on low until you get the hang of using it. I like the fact that it plugs into the wall and not wireless or rechargeable because it has more power this way. I also like that it comes with a sturdy case and about 13 attachments and a bunch of attachable sandpaper files. Great product. I would definitely give it as a gift or recommend it to everyone to buy.

After receiving a top-line pedicure from my podiatrist's office with a similar electric unit, it was less than inspiring to return to my home pedicure kit of clippers, file, and smoothing stone. It took me over a year, but I finally decided to spring for this unit as recommended by my doctor's office. I'm really pleased with the ease of using the unit,and its low noise and vibration. Very effective and a generous assortment of easily interchangeable snap-in tips. You can buff, smooth, trim, clip, etc. to your heart's content. I especially like the diamond-tip file for rapid nail trimming. This unit also removed a callus in three minutes that was becoming intractable to file manually. If your feet feel good, it helps the rest of your body. Treat them, and yourself, with this surprisingly affordable unit, and think of the money and time you'll save doing it yourself. And, most importantly, you can continue to wear high heels as painlessly as possible!

This made quick work of very thickened toenails. Just grind them down and then cut the length. We soaked them first and I wore a mask to be on the safe side. You really need this plug in version to do the job right. It’s worth every extra dollar. My husband’s toenails look almost normal now! No more cringing when I look at them 😀.

I find this product to be excellent and delivery was very prompt. Part of why I bought it was the good reviews. I figured that anything would help my feet since they are not in good shape and my toenails are very thick. I am very pleased with results. The only thing keeping my rating from a 5 is the difficulty of figuring out how to use this. There is a CD which comes with the kit but it was really directed more at professionals and more importantly did not exactly match the particular model that was sent. The many "bits" were not really identified and there are so many of them that I had no idea where to begin. The pictures of them were hard to see on the brochure and they named them B10, B3, and B2 and there were no corresponding numbers or identification on the bits themselves. It would be nice if the bits themselves could be labeled with the numbers (or at least labeled so you know what they are, what they are made of, and what they are used for.) All in all it was very confusing. There were also bits for acrylic nails which I had no need for. I would have preferred a kit which only was for pedicures.(It also might have been cheaper that way.) Having said that, I think it works very well and I am very glad I bought it.

This product works great and my feet have never looked better. My feet look like they did 20 years ago. Not embarrassed to wear sandals or go barefoot, in public, anymore! However, the power unit overheats regularly and I know it would burn out if I don't give it a chance to cool. It shuts off when it gets too hot and it must be allowed to cool down. This is really not acceptable and though I am pleased with the results, I will have to look further for a unit that does not overheat.

Thick toenails? Take care of them in 5 minutes! Thins them and makes them look better and shoes are more comfortable. Comes with many attachments and one that removes dead skin off heels and calluses. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago.
